Exhibitor registration Jogja Halal Fest #3 provides six booth options. Prices are valid for a three-day series of events on 4–6 December 2026 at Jogja Expo Center and final positions need to be confirmed with the exhibitor team.

- VVIP 6 × 9 meters: Rp. 80 million
- VIP 6 × 6 meters: Rp. 50 million
- Type A 4 × 4 meters: Rp. 12.8 million
- Type B 3 × 3 meters: Rp. 7.2 million
- Type C 3 × 3 meters: Rp. 7.2 million
- Type D 2 × 3 meters: Rp. 4.8 million

In the plan update on August 11 2026, the data recorded VVIP 2 units remaining, VIP 6 units, Type A 12 units, Type B 42 units, Type C 71 units, and Type D 12 units. Availability may change after new orders, so prospective exhibitors still need to request the latest confirmation.
Booth facilities
Basic amenities include a table, two chairs, 450–2,200 watt electricity according to type, one to two power outlets, and brand name on the fascia. Additional requirements, including additional power for certain equipment, need to be discussed with the exhibitor team before selecting a booth.
